Data deletion.
You can permanently erase your account and everything Signalframe has synced from your Meta ad accounts. Two ways to do it.
- Sign in and open Settings → Account
- Click Delete account
- Confirm with your password
Deletion begins immediately.
Send a request from the email address on your account to privacy@signalframe.co with subject line Delete my data. We confirm within two business days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, email, password hash, and session tokens
- Every Meta ad-account connection and the OAuth token behind it
- All synced insights, breakdowns, creatives, and derived reports
- Anonymous product analytics tied to your user ID
Timeline
Primary data is removed within 24 hours. Encrypted backups are purged on their rotation, no later than 30 days from your request. Billing records required for tax and accounting are retained for the legally required period and are not linkable back to your profile.
Meta's copy
Deleting your Signalframe account removes the data we hold. It does not delete anything inside Meta Ads Manager itself — your ads, insights, and campaigns remain in your Meta account exactly as they were.
