Terms of service.

You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for anything done under your account. Tell us within a reasonable window if you suspect unauthorized access.

You own the data you connect to Signalframe. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the product for you. We won't sell it, rent it, or use it to train third-party models.

Don't attempt to reverse engineer the service, don't attack it, don't resell it, and don't use it to violate Meta's platform terms or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans are billed monthly in advance after the 7-day trial. Cancel any time from Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 30 days of charge.

We work hard to keep the service running. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for outages caused by upstream providers (including Meta's APIs). Scheduled maintenance is announced in-app.

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings — see Data deletion. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

If we make material changes we'll notify active accounts by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
